Jason Wu Launches Sunglasses Collection

When you intern for Narciso Rodriguez, your fashion career launches on the fast track. That’s where the story of Jason Wu begins. Soon afterward, in 2006, his first collection attracted Hollywood starlets, like Kerry Washington and January Jones, to his effortlessly chic, uber-wearable designs. For Spring 2010, Jason expanded the collection to include knitwear and outerwear, and now he set his sights on a new challenge: eyewear. This month, he launched a line of shades for men and women in conjunction with luxury eyewear boutique Modo. There are four women’s frames: Seberg, Earhart, Jett and Mia, all which communicate his signature style. Each pair comes in four to five finishes and are available for $275 on Modo’s website.
